Take Action to for Justice for Refugees in Canada

On June 30th, Refugees will face drastic cuts to their Health Insurance. Children will no longer be able to get their asthma medications. Diabetics will no longer be able to take their insulin.  Many refugees will no longer have access to health care.

What can we do about this?

JOIN Health Providers and other concerned Canadians in Ottawa, Montréal, Toronto and other cities for a National Day of Action. On Monday, June 18th, physicians and other health care workers opposed to cutting health services for refugees will be participating in a National Day of Action.  Click here for a complete list of cities and more information.

CONTACT the Federal Member of Parliament for your constituency and share with him/her your concerns for a Canada as a place where the dignity of each person is upheld. To be in solidarity on June 18, 2012 PRAY for one refugee whom you have met.
